What are positive affirmations? They are statements or words that you can repeat to yourself to help you overcome self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviours. When you start to repeat these positive phrases daily, you will start to believe them and positive changes can come into your life.

I spent the weekend in the Peak District visiting some family. We went to a country fair at Chatsworth House, It was such a lovely day and I managed to snap some beautiful photos. The peak district is just stunning!
